1. Scope of Data Collection
When you use our online assessment, comparison tools, or communicate with our consultants, we may collect your basic contact information (name, email, phone number). After officially signing and entering the processing stage, we will legally and compliantly collect highly sensitive personal data, including but not limited to: copies of passports for the whole family, police clearance certificates, birth certificates, marriage certificates, detailed bank statements, company balance sheets, and tax returns.
2. Purpose of Data Use
The sole and exclusive purpose of collecting this information is to evaluate your immigration application eligibility, design the best identity architecture plan for you, draft statutory application documents to be submitted to the government, and meet the requirements of financial institution account opening and anti-money laundering investigations. We will never sell, rent, or disclose your information for any commercial purposes to unrelated third parties (such as advertising agencies).
3. Secure Storage and Sharing of Data
Your electronic files will be stored in an internal private cloud system protected by multiple firewalls and strong encryption (End-to-End Encryption). To advance your application progress, we may have to share your data with authorized lawyers, licensed auditors, designated fund managers, and government officials responsible for approval in the target country. These sharing parties are all bound by strict local privacy laws (such as the EU GDPR) and professional ethics.
4. Your Data Rights
Subject to applicable laws, you have the right to access, request correction, restrict processing, or even request the complete destruction of the personal information we hold about you (the "Right to be Forgotten"). After your case is closed or cooperation is terminated, we will only retain necessary files for the mandatory time period required by law (such as AML record retention rules). After expiration, irreversible destruction of both physical and digital files will be carried out.
